Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

• Karachi: 1–2 Business Days
• Other Cities: 4–6 Business Days

We aim to deliver all orders within 4–6 business days across Pakistan. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to order verification.

Order Processing

All orders are processed after confirmation.

• Online Payments: Orders are subject to verification and fraud checks before dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment will be collected at the time of delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

Shipping Charges

We charge a flat shipping rate of PKR 250 on all orders nationwide.
No free shipping is available.

Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services based on your location and order type. Courier details and tracking information will be shared once your order is dispatched.

Missed Delivery

If you are not available at the time of delivery:

• The courier may contact you via call or SMS
• The parcel may be handed over to a family member or someone available at your address

Order Cancellation

• COD Orders: We make up to two confirmation calls. If the order is not confirmed, it may be cancelled.
• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch upon customer request.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
  • Out of stock items
  • Incorrect contact details
  • Technical errors
